CS Noor Niazi
Founder & Managing Partner
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), CS Noor Niazi brings over a decade of extensive experience in NBFC advisory, corporate consultancy, and regulatory compliance. With dual Master’s degrees in Commerce and Management, he began his career as a Group Company Secretary for a reputed business conglomerate before founding Legalroof.
Mr. Niazi is known for his strong command over RBI, SEBI, ROC, and Stock Exchange-related compliances. Passionate about corporate litigation and long-term client relationships, he also actively contributes to the professional community through lectures and training sessions at ICSI, ICAI, and affiliated chapters across India.
CA Rajat Sethi
Taxation Associate
A Chartered Accountant and alumnus of Delhi University, CA Rajat Sethi is Legalroof’s go-to expert for all taxation matters. With over 5 years of experience, he offers deep insights into Income Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, TDS, IBC, and import/export-related compliances.
Mr. Sethi takes a solution-oriented and proactive approach, helping clients navigate the complexities of financial compliance with professionalism and ease. His keen attention to practical tax implications makes him a valuable partner for businesses of all sizes.
CS Ambika Nayyar
Senior Partner
CS Ambika Nayyar is a dynamic corporate advisor with over 5 years of experience in secretarial practice. An Associate Member of ICSI and a commerce graduate from Delhi University, she has expertise in dealing with regulatory authorities such as ROC, RD, and Income Tax Departments. She also represents clients before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies including NCLT, NCLAT, and SAT.
Her strengths lie in corporate secretarial compliances for both listed and unlisted companies, legal due diligence, and drafting commercial agreements. Ms. Nayyar is known for her precision, professional communication, and deep understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.
Himanshu Gupta
Legal Associate (Advocate)
Mr. Himanshu Gupta is a seasoned legal professional practicing across Civil Courts, District Courts, the Delhi High Court, and tribunals such as NCLT, NCLAT, SAT, DRT, and GSTAT. A law graduate and Fellow Member of ICSI, he supports Legalroof clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters.
His areas of expertise include civil and corporate litigation, legal drafting, contract review, and regulatory documentation. Known for his sharp legal acumen and client-focused approach, Mr. Gupta ensures every case is handled with diligence and strategic foresight.
